# Sendbox

## How it works

1. **Claim**: Sign in with Apple, pick a handle and write a line on what you’re after. “Melodic techno, 124–128, no edits” saves everyone time. Your page is live the moment you save.
2. **Share**: Put the link where producers already look for you: your Instagram and SoundCloud bios, your email signature, your label’s demo page, the auto-reply on the inbox you’d rather they stopped using.
3. **Review**: Tracks land in your inbox with the producer’s name, verified email and message. Listen, accept or reject, reply, keep or delete. In your browser at thecut.music/my today, and in The Cut app’s Inbox with the next update.

## What producers see

No app to install and no account to create. A producer opens your link and:

1. Verifies their email address with a six-digit code.
2. Fills in their name, the artist and title, and an optional message.
3. Uploads an audio file or pastes a SoundCloud link.
4. Gets a receipt email, and hears back from you if it’s a fit.

Audio files in MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, or a SoundCloud link. Sending someone a track? You don’t need an account or the app. Open the link they gave you, verify your email and send it.

## Plans

Storage is shared across every Sendbox you own. A track is kept for the unreviewed window from upload; once you decide, the clock restarts with the accepted or rejected window instead. Sendbox is a review inbox, not an archive, so keep what you want to keep.
